they have changed over time through court or public interpretation.
Explain the Process of Incorporation and the significance of the 14th Amendment to this concept. Provide an example of the Process of Incorporation.

Section 4: Current Events

Provide an example in the news (from the last year) that is relevant
to a concept discussed in this paper. Give an explanation of why it
relates to the concept. Analyze the source of the news story;
describing any biases the source may have. Include your own thoughts
and opinions on the Current Event.
