The Unit 5 Assignment has two components, a qualitative questionnaire paper and a quantitative ROI spreadsheet.

In Unit 1, you identified the organization you will use for the course project. You will also identify the organization’s mission and goals along with the organization’s business need. This business need will be an important frame for the development of your onboarding employee orientation program. You will want to make sure that your onboarding employee orientation program addresses the business need. In order to best address that business need, you will also want to do an analysis regarding the source of that business need, what are the reasons for this problem/business need?
