Introduction
Your research paper provides an opportunity for you to research the supply chain management best practices of a company that is ranked as a global supply chain leader in their industry. This is the perfect opportunity to demonstrate what you have learned in this course, while discovering how a top company uses supply chain management.

Prepare and submit a research paper highlighting the company’s SCM best practices and include your opinion on what its key success factors are and also any recommendations for improvement, based on what you have learned in the course.

• Research and reference at least 5 sources (provided in attachments).
• Prepare and submit a 12-15 page paper integrating your research with what you have learned in the course. Cover and bibliography do not count toward your total.

  • Analyze the supply chain design and strategy – strengths, weaknesses, current challenges, etc.
